Straight Answers Before You Commit

Pricing, timelines, reporting, onboarding—answered plainly. No agency fog, no runaround.

— Reporting & Results

What you see, every month

What metrics are included in monthly reports?

Every report covers ROAS, cost per acquisition, spend efficiency, click-through rates, and conversion volume by channel. We don't pad reports with vanity metrics—only figures that connect directly to your revenue.

How often will I receive performance updates?

Structured reports are delivered monthly. For active high-spend accounts we also provide a mid-month check-in. You always have dashboard access to live spend and performance data between reports.

Can I see exactly where my ad budget is going?

Yes. We provide a full spend breakdown by campaign, ad set, and channel. Every pound is accounted for with a corresponding output metric—there are no opaque line items.

— Onboarding & Timelines

From first call to live campaigns

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding follows four defined steps: account audit, strategy brief, access setup, and campaign launch. The full sequence is completed within 10 business days of contract signing.

When can I expect to see initial results?

Early performance signals typically appear within the first two weeks of a live campaign. Statistically meaningful optimisation data usually builds over four to six weeks, depending on your ad spend volume.

How do we communicate during the engagement?

Each client has a named account manager reachable by email and scheduled video calls. We don't route support through generic inboxes—you communicate directly with the person managing your account.

— Pricing & Fit

Budget, scope, and what to expect

Do you publish your pricing?

We don't publish fixed rates because every account is scoped differently—channel mix, ad spend level, and strategic complexity all affect the fee. We discuss budget fit on the first call, directly and without obligation.

Is there a minimum ad spend requirement?

We work with clients from early-growth through to enterprise scale. Minimum thresholds vary by service—Meta and Google campaigns typically require a minimum monthly ad budget to generate statistically useful data for optimisation.

What does the strategy process look like?

We start with a paid account audit to establish your current CAC and ROAS baseline. From that data we build a channel strategy with specific efficiency targets—not a generic roadmap, but one benchmarked against your actual numbers.

Still have questions?

Book a no-obligation call. We'll cover your specific budget, channel fit, and timeline in plain terms—no pitch deck required.
